Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-07-29
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using QueryQue, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
QueryQue asks AI answer engines the questions you configure and reports whether, where, and how your brand is mentioned in the responses. Answers are generated by third-party AI systems we don't control — see section 6.
3. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and API key confidential. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to scan for or generate illegal content, to abuse or overload the platform (including circumventing rate limits), to attempt to access another account or another customer's data, or to resell or scrape the service outside of the documented API.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Trials run for the period stated at signup and require no payment method. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing; your plan remains active through the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods. Your scan and account history is retained even if you downgrade — it is not deleted on plan change.
6. AI-generated content — no guarantee of accuracy
The answers this product grades are generated by third-party AI systems, not by us, and AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unrepresentative of any given engine's typical output at any other time. Visibility scores are a measurement of what those systems returned at the time of a scan — they are not a guarantee of future behavior by any answer engine, and we do not control or warrant the accuracy of any third-party AI output.
7. Intellectual property
You own the brand, competitor, and prompt data you enter, and the scan results generated for your account. We own the QueryQue software, brand, and website. Nothing here transfers ownership of either to the other party.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decision made based on scores or data this product reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 4, with notice where practical.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
11. Governing law
Replace this section with the jurisdiction that actually governs your entity before relying on these terms.
