Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account information you provide (name, company, email, password — stored as a salted hash, never in plain text); the brand, competitor, and prompt data you enter to configure scans; the AI-generated answers and metadata produced by running those scans; and basic technical data (IP address, for rate limiting and abuse prevention; timestamps).
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To operate the service: running scans, computing scores, sending the transactional and lifecycle emails described in your account settings (welcome, email verification, scan alerts, trial reminders, billing notices), and providing customer support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your prompt or brand data to train models.
Who else sees it
Three categories of processor, each necessary to provide the service:
- Answer engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google) — the prompts you configure are sent to these providers to generate the answers the product grades. That's the product.
- Stripe — for payment processing, if you're on a paid plan.
- Email delivery — whichever transport is configured (e.g. Resend or an SMTP provider) to send the emails described above.
We don't share data with anyone else, and we don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Cookies
One cookie: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in. No third-party or advertising cookies.
Data retention
Account and scan data is kept for as long as your account exists, so your visibility history stays intact even if you downgrade or let a trial lapse. Contact Connorboyers1@gmail.com to request deletion of your account and associated data.
Your rights
You can access and export your scan history at any time (CSV export on every project), correct your account details in Settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting Connorboyers1@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt and a unique salt per account — we cannot recover your password, only reset it. We do not store payment card details. As with any online service, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
