What counts as a prompt?
One question you want tracked, e.g. "best CRM for small teams". Each prompt is asked on every engine included in your plan, every scan cycle.
How often do scans run?
Weekly on Starter, every three days on Growth, every two days on Agency. You can also trigger a scan manually or through the API at any time.
Do I need my own API keys?
No. Answer-engine costs are included in the subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Your history is never deleted.
